I focus on prime properties over €2M in Southern Spain. My fee is derived direct from the developers with experience, a proven track record & excellent ROI.

I use my own local and international network, Ai and more to find you your best home and investment opportunities. I also:

Accompany you on viewings
Request regular development updates
Support you through the legal purchase process
Advise on local business, travel, family needs, lifestlye & amenities

I only showcase live or up and coming new development opportunities. You won’t find a search portal here because I do all of that for you. I have access to all up to date prime opportunities including off market homes and pocket listings. I focus my time on understanding you and your family’s needs and then looking in real time at the options available to send to you.Some agencies will show you homes that are not available as you see them. Here, the developments you see are available and I keep these up to date daily. I will only send you options after our consultation to ensure accuracy. This is to save you time and ensure you enjoy the process.

You can be involved as much or as little in the process and to ensure you feel at home and are inspired by your space, a brief and consultation along with key updates and reviews will be an important part of the process. South Spain has highly skilled interior designers and quality furniture providers just waiting to create your perfect home.
